PalmVille is a plug-and-play oil palm plantation. You pay once and own the land permanently; we secure it, plant it, manage it, harvest it and sell the produce on your behalf. You don't farm a single day. This is what a retirement plan and a children's inheritance look like when they're written on registered land.
Big enough that no single family, cooperative or investor group could plant it alone; which is exactly why it's been broken down into individually-owned plots of 500sqm, 6-plot and 15-plot parcels, each with its own registered survey.
For context: Victoria Island, Lagos's best-known business district, is commonly cited at roughly 555 to 800 hectares depending on how the reclaimed extensions are counted. PalmVille, at 1,000 hectares, sits above that range under one land-secured plantation.

Upon full payment you receive a Registered Survey and Deed of Assignment in your name or your company's name. The land is legally yours; to hold, transfer, or pass down.
Once the plantation matures, net harvest proceeds are shared with you every year for as long as the plantation remains productive; without you lifting a hoe.
Oil palm is a long-cycle crop. A single plantation cycle can remain productive for decades, which is what makes this a genuine multi-generational asset.
Directly bordering Lagos State; close enough to visit, far enough to grow.
This isn't just a land purchase. Your one-time investment bundles the land itself, your legal documentation, and years of professional plantation management; all under one price.
These are projected estimates based on 2025 market assumptions. Actual returns will vary with harvest performance, market prices, operating costs and prevailing economic conditions; nothing here is a guarantee.
Net harvest yield is shared with you, the landowner, once the plantation begins producing from Year 6.
Covers plantation operations and sustainability, handled by an agricultural management company with decades of large-scale oil palm experience.
This is not a debt model. Returns are paid solely from plantation proceeds, and income is projected to begin from Year 6 when the trees mature for harvest; not from year one.
Pre-Launch pricing is lower and available while stock lasts. Every plan can be paid outright, or spread across 3 or 6 months.
The standard plans above go up to 6 months. For the first 10 people who reserve a plot this month, we're extending that to a full 12-month payment plan at 0% interest; own your plot sooner, spread the cost further, pay nothing extra for the privilege.
Claim This OfferYes. Upon full payment, the land is owned permanently by you and documented with a Registered Survey and Deed of Assignment in your name or company name. Documentation in a company name attracts additional government fees.
Palm trees start fruiting within 4 to 5 years of planting. Harvest and income are projected to begin from the end of Year 6.
From Year 6 onward: 60% of net income yield goes to you, the landowner. 40% goes to the management company for operations and sustainability. This is not a debt model; returns are paid solely from plantation proceeds.
No, the purchased plantation land is meant for oil palm cultivation. However, subscribers who purchase 1 Acre or 1 Hectare are entitled to a free 200sqm or 500sqm plot respectively within the PalmVille Resort layout, where building is allowed. Documentation fees and a developmental levy apply to the free plot.
No. Plantation operations are centralized and run by a professional management company to maintain uniformity and scale efficiency. You'll receive detailed bi-annual progress reports.
Yes. Approval must be sought from LIFEPAGE Management, along with details of the new buyer and proof of payment. A transfer fee of 5% of the sale consideration applies.
A default charge of 20% applies when subscribers fail to pay as agreed. Six consecutive months of default is subject to the prevailing rate. Right to net harvest yield is subject to completion of payment.
There is no refund of payments or reduction of subscribed plot(s), as funds are deployed toward land acquisition, planting and other capital expenditure.
A note on risk, honestly stated: agricultural operations carry inherent risks; weather, drought, flooding, pests, disease, market conditions, supply chain disruption and regulatory change; that can affect timelines, costs and outcomes. LIFEPAGE applies professional management and risk-mitigation measures, but returns and timelines cannot be guaranteed.
